Classical bottom fermentation yeast from German University of Brewing in Weihenstephan. For the production of Pils or Lager beers. Fermolager W offers a fine equilibrium of fruity and floral aromas through a production of appropriate esters and a fast diacetyle reduction. The sedimentation capacity is excellent.
The fermentation temperature 10-15 °C. The recommended dosage depends on the fermentation temperature and wort density (80-250 g / hl).

Top fermentation yeast strain. Strain originated from UK, and today used by large number of commercial breweries.
Characteristics: fermentation capacity excellent. The final aroma is quite neutral, slightly estery and thereby emphasizes the hop aroma profile. The duration of fermentation depends on the amount of dosing yeast, the fermentation temperature and the amount of alcohol to be achieved.
