Zymasil Distiller is a strain of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast for the alcohol industry. It is resistant to high alcohol and sugar content. Zymasil Distiller has a short incubation period, so the fermentation starts quickly, yeast become predominant among naturally occurring micro flora. Yeasts are resistant to high temperatures, even at 36 °C there is a large number of viable cells. This ensures a good and regular course of fermentation and high production yield.
